Terms of Service

This is a placeholder Terms of Service for the GarageOS SaaS platform. Before going into production, this document will be replaced with finalized legal agreements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using GarageOS, you agree to be bound by these placeholder terms.

2. Service Provision

GarageOS provides a cloud-based management platform for independent automotive service businesses. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during this development phase.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and passwords. The Organization Owner has full authority over the data and team access within your organization.

4. Subscription and Billing

Pricing and billing structures are currently in development. You will be notified of any changes to pricing before you are charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the GarageOS platform, including attempting to access data belonging to other organizations or attempting to compromise the security of the service.
